Covers all wild born orphaned, injured or diseased mammals, reptiles, deer etc. and introduced species of birds, to be released back into the wild when care is completed.

Covers Kiara the Cougar and any domestic wildlife we care for (we do NOT breed, sell or adopt exotics or wildife)
FEDERAL PERMIT #019049 
Renewed  Jan 05 and is current for Annette King and Wild Heart Ranch Rescue.
Covers all protected species of migratory birds and raptors. Basically anything wild with feathers other than introduced species such as sparrows and starlings, or any exotics which do not require this permit. You MUST have this permit to care for or transport Canada Geese,  wild Mallard ducks, owls, hawks or eagles.  It is a felony do do otherwise.
Special permits are not required for Amy the Sica Deer or Jordy the wallaby.

All deer on the property over 6 months of age are free to come and go at will, which they do.

All orphaned or injured wildlife are released  within 6 months of original care date unless euthanized for permanant and disabilitating injuries or disease. Any exceptions for extended care are reported to the local game warden. For example orphans such as bobcats which take longer to teach to hunt or seriously injured animals requiring extensive therapy. No wild born animals are kept for display EVER or handled past weaning by anyone other than the primary care giver when necessary. 

All wild born animals turned over to us for care will not be released back to the original rescuers under any circumstances. Bribes will never be considered.

Any domestic bred animal brought to us for care can possibly be returned to the owner within 90 days of original date of care for a boarding fee of no less than $10 per day (domestic skunks) and no more than $50 per day. (cougars) Owner MUST have proper permits to obtain their animals and it is our descression unless a court order is obtained.

None of the animals at this facility are for sale, however unwanted or confiscated domestic/exotic animals with breeding papers are sometimes available at 50% restitution fees after a 90 day period of care. None are available at this time.
