We dont eat cheap around here!!
Funded from our pockets and small donations, we have fed and cared for an average of 1,000 animals per year since we began March of 1997. Though we boast a 75 to 80% recovery rate, we still have many animals requiring long term care or expensive formulas.

During the spring when the baby raccoons are on formula, we average a 28 oz. can of KMR powder per day for them alone. The cans are about $40 each at the store. With discounts and bulk orders, we can get our cost down to around $20 per can. It was still nearly $800 to wean them!
We feed our fawns fresh goats milk that we purchase from local farms. It is the best food availabe for them with the least amount of health problems resulting from change in diet during a stressful time. At $3 to $4 per gallon, we use an average of 3 gallons per day for 3 months.
What we need the most....
CASH of course! But you don't have to give it away for nothing! Check out our Wild Heart Ranch online store. We do custom printing of just about anything!

High quality, poultry based dog food is one of our largest expenses. We will travel to pick up large loads donated or accept anything out of date as long as it is edible.

Wildlife calendars are for sale for $15 each. That gives us a profit of about $9 per calendar. Each month will feature a photo of one of our own, fitting of the month's holiday or season. The money we earn from calendar sales sustains us until the spring when visitors again return and donations climb. They make great Christmas gifts, bound with a leather hanger and bright color print and photos! Free postage on all orders! Include your order with your check please!

If you want to help the animals without a souvineer, we will certainly accept anything you wish to offer. Checks made payable to "Wild Heart Ranch" can be mailed to Annette King at:
